Hi! My name is Hannah Olson. I am a graduate of The University of Minnesota with a BA in Global Studies and Anthropology. I also have two young boys who are 5 and 3, so I get to stay home with my 3 year old during the day. In addition, I wait tables at a very busy restaurant here in Red Wing, MN.
I have been interested in writing my entire adult life. I started out writing and reading poetry at local coffee shops. Then I started my degree program and wrote many thesis papers, including a fifty page paper on how ethnicity intersects with politics in Ethiopia after I lived there for two months. Since then, I have been serious about writing fiction and am currently creating a writer's group in my town.
